Billing & message caps
Plans, the monthly message cap, paying through Razorpay, and where to get GST invoices.
Trial, then a plan
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required, with a small message allowance so you can test a real send. When the trial ends, pick a paid plan on the 💳 Billing tab to keep sending. Your data stays; sending just pauses until you subscribe.
The message cap
Each plan includes a fixed number of messages per calendar month. Key points:
- The cap resets on the 1st of each month — unused messages don't roll over.
- Campaign sends and inbox/bot messages all count against the same cap.
- This is a WA Suite plan limit. It is separate from Meta's per-day messaging limit on your number and from Meta's per-conversation charges to the BSP.
- Your current usage vs. cap is shown at the top of the Billing tab and warned about as you approach it.
Choose a plan by your monthly send volume: estimate contacts × campaigns per month, add a buffer for inbox replies and bot messages.
Paying for a plan
Open Billing
Sidebar → 💳 Billing (admin only). The plan cards show each plan's price and message cap.
Pick a plan and cycle
Choose monthly or yearly — yearly is discounted. Prices are in INR; 18% GST applies.
Pay via Razorpay
The Razorpay checkout opens. Pay by card, UPI, netbanking or wallet. WA Suite never sees or stores your payment details — Razorpay handles them.
Plan activates
On successful payment your plan switches over immediately and the new message cap applies. A confirmation email is sent.
Download the GST invoice
Every payment produces a GST invoice, listed in the Invoices table with a download link.
Changing or cancelling
- Upgrade / downgrade: pick a different plan on the Billing tab — the change applies from the next cycle.
- Cancel: see the Refund & Cancellation policy for how cancellations and any refunds are handled.
