CRM Triggers
Lightweight automation: when a tag lands on a contact, they go quiet, or an external system calls a webhook → optionally wait → then send a template, reassign, add a tag, or POST the contact to your own URL. Each trigger fires at most once per contact.
Opt-out & opt-in keywords
When a contact texts one of these words, they're automatically opted out (or back in) — no manual trigger needed. Matched case-insensitively.

- API key & App name: Gupshup dashboard → your app → Dashboard / API Setup. Used for sending.
- App ID: the id in the app's dashboard URL. App token: the app-scoped Partner token (starts
sk_). Used for submitting templates and syncing their approval status & quality rating. - Register your webhook on that app as the URL below, so inbound replies reach your Inbox — or skip the dashboard and click Register webhook to have Gupshup set it up automatically via the API (also avoids a payload-format mismatch the dashboard's default can cause).
